Returns
You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, our policy is that:
1. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
2. Your item must be in the original packaging.
3. Your item should have the receipt or proof of purchase.
4. You must contact us to initiate the return process.
Under ordinary circumstances, we will bear the shipping costs for returns. However, if the item you are returning is large or heavy, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for these types of returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive returned items.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and you must follow our Return procedures to receive a refund.
